Ultrasound images show a pretty large calculus in gallbladder fundus.
Despite gallbladder being poorly distended, the calculus is seen easily due to it's large size.
Tried color Doppler ultrasound. No twinkle artefact. GB calculi usually do not cause a twinkle artefact.
