Advanced nodular cirrhosis liver with ascites, sonography

This patient has advanced nodular cirrhosis of liver:
The liver is surrounded by ascitic fluid. 
Liver is nodular and shrunken as seen in ultrasound images above. 
More ultrasound images of the cirrhotic liver bathed in ascitic fluid. 
Portal vein on color Doppler ultrasound, shows forward normal flow or centripetal flow towards the liver. However, portal vein is dilated at 14 mm.

Spleen is mildly enlarged with dilation of the splenic vein. 14 mm. On color Doppler ultrasound of the spleen. 
Massive ascites seen in the ultrasound images above. Bowel seen floating in fluid. 
Final diagnosis: cirrhosis liver with portal hypertension. Severe ascites.
