What-is-asteroid-hyalosis

A benign condition of the human eye, asteroid hyalosis is formation of particulate matter seen as bright echoes in the vitreous chamber of the eye. 

Mainly this is an ultrasound diagnosis with typical findings on sonography.

3D-Ultrasound-PCOD

This 18 year old lady has irregular menses.
Ultrasound shows moderately enlarged ovaries with volume: Rt-- 24 cc. Lt-- 12 cc
Multiple small follicles are present in both ovaries.
3D ultrasound shows both ovaries and the uterus with it's normal endometrium.

Severe-hydronephrosis

This middle-aged woman presented with gynecological complaints. 

But has severe left hydronephrosis!!

Moderate right hydronephrosis also.

Almost 170 cc of residual urine. Suggests she has lower urinary tract obstruction.

Calculous-cholecystitis-or-carcinoma-GB

This gallbladder looked ominous with a calculus lodged at the neck of gallbladder. More calculi may be present. 

Vascularity is increased with wall thickening. 

This looks like calculous cholecystitis. But carcinoma of gallbladder cannot be excluded.

Called ectasia of IJV or internal jugular veins bilateral.
