Papillary carcinoma thyroid seen as mural nodule growing into a cystic lesion. We see the mural nodule has microcalcification and vascularity.

Fibroid-with-pregnancy

Early 2nd trimester fetus with posterior wall fibroid of uterus.

Carcinoma-breast-ultrasound

This middle-aged woman has typical features of breast cancer or carcinoma of left breast. Markedly hypoechoic mass with increased vascularity on colour Doppler. 3D ultrasound further confirmed. Microcalcification also present.

Prostatomegaly grade 3. The median lobe of prostate seen enlarging into the urinary bladder. Prostatic urethra seen well stretched by enlargement.

Inguinal-lymphadenitis

Markedly inflamed right inguinal nodes following infected right foot.

These nodes were very tender on probe pressure.

3D-4D-ultrasound-vesical-calculus

3D and 4D ultrasound can produce stunning images of urinary bladder content and structures. In this case, a vesical calculus measuring 2.5 cms is seen. Near it is the enlarged median lobe of prostate. See:
