Typically markedly hypoechoic mass like painful lesion at the site of LSCS scar on abdominal on ultrasound.
Marked vascularity present.

The images below show CT scan Sagittal and transverse sections through the abdomen of a patient with Paraumbilical hernia diagnosed initially by ultrasound.

CT scan often helps confirm findings.
