Urinary-sediment-UTI

Urinary bladder contains sediment in severe UTI or sometimes due to Hemmorhagic matter.
This patient had severe UTI or urinary tract infection.

Hypertrophic-column-Bertin

A normal variant, hypertrophic column of Bertin is an enlarged column of normal renal tissue with normal vessels compressing upon the renal sinus.

GB-calculus-3D-ultrasound

Solitary Gallbladder calculus 3D ultrasound imaging.

Hemorrhagic- cyst-ovary

Well defined cyst of ovary with fine fibrin strands are a clear indication of Hemmorhagic cyst.

Endometrial-cast-cervix

A large fleshy mass of cervix.
Excessive bleeding per vagina.
Mass was non vascular.
It was expelled vaginally.
Diagnosis- cervical endometrial cast.

adenomyosis-ultrasound-imaging

Adenomyosis is characterized by-
-bulky uterus
-loss of myometrium endometrium interphase
- dirty shadowing
- inhomgeneity of myometrium
all these are seen in these images.

Hydrometra-fluid-endometrial-cavity

This elderly patient shows an anechoic fluid collection in the endometrial cavity or hydrometra.
Large collections such as these are usually caused by cervical canal stenosis or cervical mass lesions.

Normal-obstetric-Doppler

This late 3rd trimester pregnancy shows normal Doppler scan at 37 weeks.
I use cerebro-placental ratio as a good parameter to exclude fetal hypoxia (normally CPR is >1).
CPR is ratio of RI of mca÷ RI of umbilical artery.
