Focal epididymitis head epididymis

This head of epididymis shows a focal hypoechoic lesion with tenderness and pain. 

Color Doppler ultrasound shows mild increase in vascularity in the lesion. 

Findings suggest focal epididymitis of head of epididymis. 

This is a relatively rare finding.
