Pleural-effusion-large-one

A large Rt. Pleural effusion. The fluid appears clear suggesting serous effusion.
In addition there is mild ascites.
Usual causes include congestive cardiac failure and liver or renal disease.

Intratesticular-varicocele-massive

Large Intratesticular varicocele.
Multiple cystic spaces in left testis distending well on valsalva.
One of the largest I have seen.

VUJ-calculus-barely-visible

A tough to spot Rt. VUJ calculus.
But despite poorly distended bladder, a hint on B mode ultrasound but revealed on twinkle sign of power Doppler.
Rt. Kidney mild hydronephrosis.

This patient had severe UTI or urinary tract infection.
