Hypoechoic nodule with high risk of malignancy

 
This hypoechoic left lobe thyroid nodule shows breach of the anterior layer of the thyroid capsule- a sign of potential thyroid malignancy. There is also some micro-calcification. The only point against carcinoma is the absence of significant vessels within the thyroid nodule.

A case of ectopic right kidney

Empty right renal fossa with right kidney way down in right para-umbilical region close to IVC.

The right kidney is kissing the IVC seen in blue. Is there also a bridge of renal tissue anterior to IVC? That would suggest a horseshoe kidney.
